- Orders under $100: $5.00 via Post Haste
- Orders over $100: Free shipping via Post Haste
Holiday Order Processing
Due to increased order volumes over the Christmas and New Year period, please allow longer processing times.
- Orders are processed during standard business hours.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
- During this period, processing may take up to 48 hours (and up to 3–5 business days during peak days).
- Our warehouse will be closed on statutory holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that some orders may be split into multiple shipments if items are dispatched from different locations.
Dispatch & Delivery
Standard delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with an online tracking number.
Courier networks experience delays during the holiday period and sale events. Dispatch and delivery times may vary — please allow up to two additional working days during sales and peak holiday periods.
We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment. Thank you for your patience and understanding during our busiest time of year.
Fit not right? You’re welcome to exchange any full price item bought from our online store servicedenim.co.nz or return your item for an online credit ONLY. We do NOT offer refunds, please choose wisely.
When returning a full price product please ensure that:
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and/or exchanges must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date. Items received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Please note: Orders placed between 20 December and 8 January are eligible for an extended 60-day return period.
-Your items are in unworn and brand new condition with all original tags attached
-You contact us and request an RA number for your return.
-We do not cover shipping costs for returned items except in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items
-Items must be of equal or greater value when exchanged at servicedenim.co.nz
Markdown Sale items are final and are not eligible for a credit, however you are able to exchange for an item of equal or greater value. This includes items purchased during promotional periods.

We aim to process your return within 3 business days of receiving your return order. We’ll send you an email once it’s all completed.
If you haven't heard from us in this timeframe, please email us with tracking details of your return parcel.
Online store credits can be used immediately.
Auckland customers can exchange and return online orders in-store for a credit note.
We do not offer refunds.
