All orders will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours, if an order is placed over a weekend or public holiday process will begin on the next working day; (please note in some cases this could take up to 48 hours).Standard delivery times do not include any time for processing your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification of dispatch including an online tracking number​.​

Fit not right? You’re welcome to return or exchange any item bought from our online store servicedenim.co.nz.

​Orders made in-store are not eligible for a refund as per our in-store policy.


When returning product please ensure that:

- Returns and/or Exchanges must be sent back to us within 14 days from the day that the order was receivedItems received outside of this period will not be accepted and returned to you​.

-Your items are in unworn and brand new condition with all original tags attached​

-​You contact us and request an RA number for your return​.​​

-We do not cover shipping costs for returned items except in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items

-Items must be of equal or greater value when exchanged at servicedenim.co.nz

We aim to process your return within 3 business days of receiving your return order. We’ll send you an email once it’s all completed.

If you haven't heard from us in this timeframe, please email us with tracking details of your return parcel. 

You should be notified of Afterpay and Paypal refunds straight away. Credit card refunds can take a few business days to clear with your bank. Online store credits can be used immediately.

Auckland customers can exchange and return online orders in-store for a credit note.

We do not process online refunds in-store.

This must to be done via our online team.

However, you may return your order in-store but please allow 3-4 working days for this to reach our head office and your refund to be processed.

Sale items are final and are not eligible for refund, this includes items purchased under a discount code or during promotional periods. However, we can exchange for another size or item.
