Click & Collect is available now from our Kingsland based warehouse for our Auckland customers.
Please allow up to 1-2 working days for you order to be dispatched and ready to collect.
All orders will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours, if an order is placed over a weekend or public holiday process will begin on the next working day; (please allow extra time during
Standard delivery times do not include any time for processing your order. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification of dispatch including an online tracking number.
Times may vary during sale periods.
Exchanges & Returns
Fit not right? You’re welcome to return or exchange any item bought from our online store servicedenim.co.nz. In-store sales will not be accepted via our online store.
Exchanges & Returns
When returning product please ensure that:
- Returns and/or Exchanges must be sent back to us within 14 days from the day that the order was received. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted and returned to you.
- Your items are in unworn and brand new condition with all original tags attached
- You contact us and request and RA number for your return
- We do not cover shipping costs for returned items except in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items.
Sale items are final and are not eligible for refund, this includes items purchased under a discount code or during promotional periods. However, we can exchange for another size or item.

Auckland customers can exchange and return online orders in-store - please note we do NOT process refunds in-store.
This must to be done via our online team. However you may return your order in-store but please allow 3-4 working days for this to reach our head office and be processed (this may vary due to COVID-19 alert levels).
