Returns & Exchanges

Fit not right? You’re welcome to return any item bought from our online store servicedenim.co.nz. In-store sales will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

When returning product please ensure that:

  • Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days from the day that the order was received. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted and returned to you.
  • Your items are in unworn and brand new condition with all original tags attached
  • You contact us and request and RA number for your return
  • We do not cover shipping costs for returned items except in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items.

All exchanges, credits and refunds are processed within 2-4 working days once we have received your return.

We advise you to get tracking on all returns. 

We are not liable for any damages or losses while in transit. 

Auckland customers can exchange and return online orders in-store - please note we can NOT process refunds in-store. This must to be done via our online team. However you may return your order in-store but please allow 2-3 working days for this to reach our head office and be processed.
