Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind or chose the wrong item? You’re welcome to return any item bought from servicedenim.co.nz for an exchange or full refund if your item meets our return requirements.
All exchanges and refunds are processed within 2-4 working days once we have received your return.
Auckland customers can exchange and return online orders in-store - please note we can NOT process refunds in-store this has to be done via our online team.
When returning product please ensure that:
Your items are in unworn and brand new condition with all original tags attached
Your return parcel is delivered to us within 30 days of receipt
*Purchases made between December 18th and January 10th will have a 60 day return period*
You contact us and request and RA number for your return
We do not cover shipping costs for returned items except in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent items.

We advise you to get tracking on all returns. We are not liable for any damages or losses while in transit.
